Motocross and quad

A rider, a bike special designed for off road and a lot of “blood”.

Riding a quad or a bike through the ever changing dunes it’s a lifetime experience. A motorbike or a quad offers you a truly unique way to experience UAE deserts and mountains, because of the unmatchable feeling of freedom, and because of the easy access to the places and spots unknown to the 4×4 monsters. And sometimes you can actually fly over the dunes.
Quad is the common name for an ATV( all terrain vehicle) and quad biking refers to the activity of driving an ATV, usually on off road. Most of the passionate they use to ride it like this, off road but there are others which are using it even on some streets inside the cities. Considering the name (all terrain vehicles) it could be ok to use it inside the city, but an ATV is not quit appropriate for this.
Anyways there are some special regulations regarding motor bikes and quad bikes and also it seems to be some special designated areas for quad biking.
A quad bike or a motor bike must not be driven or rented unless it has been registered or licensed at RTA Licensing Agency in accordance with a set of stipulations and requirements endorsed by Licensing Agency in its capacity as the competent authority in this regard. If there are special regulations for this it doesn’t mean that it is forbidden and a legal environment is quit good.
You can find along the UAE roads a lot of rental centers for quads or motorbikes and also these rental centers can provide desert tours or lessons for those who mounts for the first time a quad or for kids.
