Free weekly event complements Dubai Municipality’s call for post-Iftar physical exercises to stay fit during Ramadan

Dubai Autodrome, a multi-purpose sports facility in the UAE, invites citizens and residents to participate in its free weekly evening event – TrainDubai – to lead a healthy and active lifestyle during the holy month of Ramadan. Organized by Daman’s Activelife, a health and wellness initiative with a difference by the National Health Insurance Company – Daman, the event complements Dubai Municipality’s awareness campaign highlighting the importance of exercising after Iftar and dinner.

Richard Birch, General Manager of the Dubai Autodrome, said: “We want the people of the UAE to improve their fitness and stay healthy, especially during Ramadan when they fast for over 15 hours. These weekly trainings support Dubai Municipality’s new awareness drive about the importance of exercise after Iftar. We urge people to make use of the free facility by indulging in physical activities such as cycling, running and walking after their evening meals to lead an active and disease-free lifestyle.”
